Internet Explorer web page says cant be displayed

Runs widows 07 Vista-home premiun-servicepack-2/Internet explorer version
8.0.6001.18828 updates 0. Can retrieve mail and updates but internet explorer
says cant display the webpage PLEASE HELP

I tryed ALL methods and none helped Thanks but is there another fix ?
