internet explorer/ windows live mail

im trying to change my internet explorer 7 settings so that when i click on a
"mailto:" link it opens up the windows live mail (hotmail) page instead of a
renamed outlook which i dont wish to use.

Hotmail Inbox, Outbox, etc is on a web based Server, not installed on your
computer. You can only use that link in IE7 for an installed default email
program.
