internet explorer wont let me use hotmail or anything else requiri

hello,
I am unable to use hotmail or any other secure sites. I would like to know
if there is a name for the virus "hijack" and could someone please recommend
anything that could possibly help me. I am currently unable to use msn
explorer, internet explorer, or messenger without getting an error page. The
only thing that works is yahoo within this browsers. Could someone please
help me and email me at
subject --help with internet explorer..
