Internet freezes up after installing KB911280/KB905474

While on internet I find that the screen freezes for a couple of minutes then
comes back. I am not a techinical person but I did a restore of my computer
right before I did the update and the problem still exists. Are these updates
the problem and if so how can I uninstall them?

Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and scroll down to find what you
think is the offending update.

I installed KB905474 and KB911280 updates as requested by Microsoft. Those
updates are not in the Add or Remove, I restored the computer to the time
before I installed the updates, yet I still have the same problem. I

I also installed kb905474 this afternoon. Ever since the install, my machine
goes through shutdown routine (standby, turnoff, restart prompt) about every
3 minutes.
The update does not appear in "add remove programs", how do I uninstall this?
