I think I fixed the issue! I hope so, it all seems fast now....
As per other sites saying to uninstall a certain update (here's a site with
all the things I tried

uninstalled the update but it was still slow. So I started uninstalling
other updates. After uninstalling a few at the same time then restarting my
internet seems back to normal!!! So its one of the following updates,
although dont know which one. I will have to re-install each one
individually (somehow) and see which one it is and then uninstall this one.
So uninstalling one of these sped up my internet big time!
