I did some searches on ghjodk32.exe but found nothing but your post.
Two of the most common things that make Windows shutdown when connected
to the internet are the "blaster worm" and the "sasser worm". Do searches
on those to find the relevant Microsoft patches. They're small enough to
fit on floppy disks. Put them on disks on a PC NOT having problems,
open the write protect slides then boot your PC in safe mode. Then
install the patches from the floppy disks.
If it still shuts down, I dunno what the problem is.
