I have two computers that give the following error when I attempt to use
automatic update to the computer time
the time sample was rejected because the peer's stratu is less that the
host's stratum.

any suggestions on a solution

There have been problems with the time - suggest use another one

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262680
A list of the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) time servers that are available on the
Internet

Just type in the combo listbox.
No registry editing.

Can this be seamlessly integrated into Vista's clock? I made a query with
Microsoft but received an ominos rsponse alluding to possibly having to pay
to get it resolved!

What a fantastic solution! I used the time-a.nist.gov in the internet time
address area and it worked great! So much for the time.windows.com server.

Thanks again.
