Inviting suggestions for tools, whitepapers, troubleshooting guides

Hello,

I am part of a development team at Microsoft, working on low-level device
technologies: core USB, Bluetooth, driver frameworks, device installation in
Windows.

I'd like to first thank all the MVPs and regular posters for the great
support they provide on this newsgroup - this effort is much appreciated!

I am inviting any suggestions you have regarding diagnostic tools,
documentation or troubleshooting guides that can help solve or mitigate
customer problems with devices. If you have insight into broad areas that we
should pay attention to, that would also be useful.
