IP-830w samsung and windows vista home premium

ok so i have vista and i have this ip-830w
now i checked the automatically detect and whatever on both the pda and the
PC
now the plug and play realizes the phone is there and even installs the
drivers
i downloaded ONLY WMDC 6
i tried connecting it via USB and nothing even recognizes when i use
activesync on my phone. do i need to download another program? because for
soem reason i remember reading somewhere i onlyt need WMDC.. the cd it came
with for some reason dont work probably for XP but do i need active sync the
program?
please help!

You most probably need to go to Samsung website and see if they have drivers
that are Vista compatible, if available download & Install.
