IP Addresses for Windows Update?

I have 3 PCs that are on the manufacturing floor and only have allowed access
to the Internet for the email servers. I want to allow the PCs to access the
internet for windows update but only have the ip address of 207.46.225.221.
When I run windows update on the PCs, it will go to the Windows Update
website but, the update process does not run.
Does anyone know the range or individual ip addresses of the Windows
Update process?
