My name is Susie and I have a problem. When I add an
appointment on my desktop computer and sync it with my
iPAQ (Windows XP, Ipaq 5455, running Windows 2002, Active
Sync 3.7.1), the iPAQ places it one hour ahead! Example:
On desktop I set an appointment for the dentist on Friday,
Nov. 10th @ 8am. I then sync it with my iPAQ and it reads
as Friday, Nov. 10th @ 9am.

I wanted to try a hard reset but truthfully, I don't know
how. (I looked online and in what little literature I
received with the iPAQ and haven't found what I was
looking for.) I have soft reset several times, and
reloaded ActiveSync 3.7. I have also used the Restore
option and chose to have ONLY the info from my computer
downloaded onto the iPAQ and all appointments still come
out an hour ahead.

Does anybody have some advice? I would really appreciate
it. By the way, I have ordered Windows 2003 to update my
iPAQ. Will this make a difference?

Thank you for your time,

Susie
