Hi, Heidi.
Are you a school teacher? Or administrator? Or a parent? Or a student?
I never heard of "iparent", but it took only a second for Google to find
over 50,000 hits for it. Here's the first one:
Instructions for i-Parent
http://www.ccboe.net/iparent.html
It looks like the first several hits, at least, are for other school
districts who are using the program, in GA, WA, NJ and other states - and
Japan?
When I Google for "iparent +vista", I get over 9,000 hits. (But at least
two of the first hits is simply your question - and Dave's
response -"mirrored" on different websites.)
I've not even been able to pin down for sure the company who writes and
sells iParent, but you MIGHT find clues at this site:
http://www.maximus.com/corporate/pages/SchoolMAX.asp
Your problem might be as simple as Run as Administrator - or not. :>(
You might have to ask the person at your school (or school district) who
actually bought and installed the program: Where did you get this and how
do I get support for it?
