I get the blue screen everytime i autoplay a CD or DVD, or even put it in the
drive. IRQL_NO_LESS_OR_EQUAL I tryed doing a system restore, didn't work I
see Windows Update to see if there avaiable driver update, one optional
update and that is my network adapter update but if I install it my internet
stops working. Problem #3 I click on computer to start up my disc I get
Runtime Error 216, but I think these problems are related so if there's a
solution to this, all of the problems could be fixed.

Go to start/run, and type:
devmgmt.msc

highlight the DVD and use the Action menu, "Uninstall"
Restart to let Windows reinstall the driver automatically.

That didn't work but I figured out what did apperently ,I didnt completely
removed a program from the computer and the driver on the computer was still
installed in CD/DVD drivers so after completly uninstalling it everytime is
back to normal.
