irql_not_less_or_equal error relating to mrvw24c.sys reboots Vista

I am encountering a periodic blue screen and reboot with a message
irql_not_less_or_equal, where the dump references an mrvw24c.sys

I cannot find any information about what mrvw24c.sys is, and nothing
specific about the irql_* message relating to Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition,
which is what I have.

Please advise

The only trace of it was here:

It appears to be in a installation of some Netgear drivers.
