You're probably wanting to configure Network Load Balancing as part of your
ISA Enterprise configuration. I would not recommend using MSCS Clustering
for this purpose. you didn't mention the version of ISA, but here's a link
for NLB with ISA 2004:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../cc302580.aspx and here's the
link for ISA 2006: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../bb794741.aspx

Hope this helps,

Hi,

Like Ryan said the best way is to use ISA 2006 EE ( x32 only ) and use the
NLB with in ISA. this is basicly the Windows NLB but there is a ISA TAB. And
you do not need shared storage. But remember to use two Nic's , one for
internal , External. !
There is no way to build a ISA 2006 cluster ( active/passive )

But the easy way is host on two servers VPN and if one fails the other will
still host the VPN. But with ISA you get much more and is the best way to
go.
