ISA proxy firewall -> windows update

Is there any way to access the windows update from behind an isa proxy
client?

Absolutely! First, you need to go to the proxy administrator and tell
him/her why you need to do this. Then, if he or she agrees with you, he or
she will make the necessary configuration changes, and you'll be all set.
