I have seen some instances where the context menu refuses to close, but this
is how the tray icon itself was programmed, not a bug or feature of Windows
itself.
I don't recall what program(s) I had this trouble with, just remember it
being annoying enough to get rid of whatever tray icon was doing it.
Must not have been anything very important to me. :-)
But I do have to point out how often people blame Windows/Microsoft for
someone else's poor programming.
