Issue with MS05-039

I'm not sure if this is the best news group for this post?
We have citrix farm on XP FR3, publishing a Citrix desktop to a large number
of users. We have recently been rolling out MS05-039 to users, but suspect
that the patch has caused connection issues today. The only servers that
were published for users had had the MS05-039 patch applied. A significant
number of users were either unable to connect to the citrix desktop ("There
is no Citrix server configured on the specified address" - "The citrix server
you have selected is not accepting connections" - "There is no route to the
specified subnet address". I have now unpublished all servers that have the
MS05-039 patch applied, and have only pubished servers that have not been
patched, and the problem seems to have gone away.
Has anyone had similar issues with this patch?
