Issues: Can't see XP SP2 in update list and other update issues

Hi,
I can't see XP SP2 in my list of updates.

Also, when I do an automatic update (update all patches via Automatic
Updates tool in XP), my keyboard and touchpad (I use a laptop computer) do
not respond.

I am currently using XP SP1.

In AU, there are a few prerequisite updates before SP-2 is available.
Instead order SP-2 on CD or download and burn to CD, Step #1 on this link:
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/spackins.htm
That will eliminate the need for the prerequisite updates.
