Issues with recent update (KB911567) for Outlook Express

The latest update for Outlook Express has caused problems for some people.
The computer I am on at the moment suffers from a loss of address book
completely due to a newer version of the wab32.dll file used by the address
book. Others have had different problems. See

Remove the Windows update 911567 via Add/Remove Programs.
Then check that your Automatic Updates setting to make sure that the same update
doesn't automatically download and install.Please read this before proceeding:
