Issues with signing into Hotmail

For the past two days I have been unable to enter my hotmail email account
because it says it cant connect to the server and i should try again. My
friends seem to have no issues with this, and nothing has changed on my
computer (regarding settings or programs). Is anyone else having this
problem and when will it be fixed?
