iTunes Font trouble..can't read pull down menu..little boxes no le

I have talke to Apple..no help..On my iTunes menus the letters do not
appear they are only little boxes side by side. I seem to be missing a font
or something...the boxes do not appear in the names of the songs..just on the
menus on the left hand side of the screen and at the pull down menus on the
top of the page.

派对éš�机æ’*放 I just cut and pasted some of the little boxes and it looks like
Chinese...but on the screen on iTunes they are just little boxes
