iTunes sound crashes....

After playing music in my itunes library, the sound suddenly stop
working after a little while, and when trying to click a song in
playlist, the diamond indicator at the top of the screen doesn't move
And if I exit out of itunes after this happens, my sound card doesn'
work at all in other appliations. Only by rebooting my desktop syste
does the sound return. This crash only happens when using iTunes
Help!:eek

You probably would want to talk this to iTunes support who should be able to
figure out why there is a crash here. =\
