I've been trying to get my Windows Updates

I've been unable to get several updates according to baseline scan, I have
the Automatic updates check but nothings going on i even went to the site and
it say its scanning and may take a few mins but i even gave it 12 hours but
no luck at all please help sombody.

I have the same problem. Could it be related to Norton security softwares?

No i Don't think so because i dumpped Norton and installed McAfee and still
the problem is there.

I would like to help. A few questions though to narrow
the field a bit:

1) Which OS are you running on?
2) Which Service Pack?
3) Were you able to install any updates before you ran
into this difficulty?
4) Did you install anything that might have caused a
system wide change, such as the McAfee?
5) Would you open the log and post the relevant entries
near the end of the log, here as a response to this thread?

This matter is now repaired thank you very much. Microsoft support helpped me.
