3 hours on 4/8 with Shella in the Plillipians & Shenin in India.
2 hours on 4/10 with Rupesh in India.
90 minutes 4/14 with Sushil in India.
25 minutes 4/14 with Katy at Microsoft public relations.

Nothing has changed.................I still have the same problem I had at
square one.

Did you spend anytime reading through postings of others to see if a solution
was found?

Yea....that is why I ended up spending 7 hours on the phone. They apparenty
can't find a solution either.
Originally I got error code 0x643...read my previous posts. These solutions
did not apply if you had .net framework 2.0 service pack 2.

No one here works for or represents Microsoft (including MVPs).

1. Before doing anything else, write down the .NET Framework versions which
are already installed:

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318785

2. Now see Resolution Method 2 in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100.
After running the appropriate/needed tool, (re)install all .NET Framework
versions manually using the download links provided on the page.

I doubt whether anyone from MS are reading this NG.

Good luck in finding a solution and do post back with the same so as it
assists others who are just as fedup as you.
