I'm Karen and I'm not a novice with a computer, But I am with this Bluetooth. I hope someone can help me with this because I need it LOL.
I ordered a Jabra headset from Dell for my new XPS M1503 laptop which came with Windows Vista Premium. I upgrade it to Vista Ultimate. I followed the instructions for the Jabra headset and could not get it to work properly. My PC says it is connected, But I can't get any sound t come out of the headset. I tired putting it on my cell phone but it had problems too. When connected to my cell phone I could talk and hear the audio from the phone, But still could not get audio from the headset. Thanks In Advance for any help.
