Hello,

A user of mine was seeing question marks in the subject line in Japanese
emails in Outlook. I had her use this KB article to address the problem.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324603

Now, she is having all kinds of trouble with other language emails in
outlook (like the subject of a german email is showing 'igtf' where there
should be a word, and there are boxes in the body of the email that should
not be there. Also, we use Worldmerge to send mail merges and the french
templates that she uses has all kinds of incorrect characters.

I tried a system restore, but it would not work. Does anyone have any ideas
here?

Thanks,

Matthew White

This is not a question that is on topic for this newsgroup.

One word...
All of Outlook express configuations are tied to the Internet Explorer
configurations.

For language problems you probably should get the Microsoft language
packs.

Language pack for IE8.
