Mr. MowGreen:
I, too, am having the same problem with the latest release of Java 6 (update
1) as New Orleans Novice. As this is a newsgroup for "Windows XP New Users",
NON and I are trying to receive some help in this newsgroup. I found your
answer a bit flippant and and not helpful for a new user like us. I followed
your link to the Java website, but, being a novice, it didn't make any sense
to me, nor your advice to run as "Admin". NON and I don't know what you
really are trying to tell us. Could you please be a bit more specific in
helping us understand how to solve this "Java on IE 7.x problem?
I know you are smart and can help us to more understand how we can work
through this frustrating problem.
Thanks in advance,
FirstRecon
