Jit Compiler

Many applications stop working because of "Jit Compiler (mscorjit.dll).
I did whatever I could to fix the problem including reinstallation of .net
framework.
I tried also just to copy from internet site mscorjit.dll but it didn't
help.
Any ideas????

Please HELP!!!!!
