Junk Email Disappears When Told It's Not Junk

So where does it go and how do I change that?

Yes, it used to do that but now, it's as if it is being deleted but not
going to the delete box.

It is also marked as Read, so if your Inbox is set to "Hide Read Messages"
you won't see the message after it is moved.

Also, the move is rather slow; you won't see it anywhere for a few
minutes even if your Inbox is set to "Show All Messages".

To see messages that have been marked as Not Junk, you have to disable Group
messages by Conversation, in the folder that the message went to, then you
will see them.
View>current view.
Any subsequent replies to that message, will also be hidden, with Group
messages by Conversation enabled.
