Junk Mail filter Update Corrupt - No Option

I am running Windows XP SP2 and Office 2007

I went to instal the November Junk Mail filter update and it says "Can't
complete, often caused by corrupt instal package" but no other usefull info.

The Windows Update Site doesn't list the update, and I can't find anyplace
just to download the file (outlfltr.dat) so I can manually install it. My
file has a mid-summer date so I know it needs updating...

Also...is there anyway to send MY additions to the JUNK SENDERS list BACK to
Microsoft?

That is the link I was trying to use... the exact error message I get is:
(and it is protected so you can't cut-n-past it)

"The Detection failed, this can be due to a corrupted installation database
(OK)"

With no way to correct it or otherwise get the desired file

Question is ... which installation database is the message referring to?

You could try:

Then I'd suggest manually downloading and saving the Junk Mail Filter
update. Close all open programs/browsers and temporarily disable the
installed antivirus/security software [including any Services].
Then right click the update and choose 'Run as administrator'.

Reenable the installed AV/sec software afterwards.
