junk mail up date k916521

This update will not install it states that it is ready to to install but
fails can anybody help

I am having a similar problem - and it's been trying for to install many
times now..

Exactly the same problem here ...tries to load repeatedly but fails each time
.......can't get rid of the darned thing either.

Me three - same problem. Using IE7B2 - could it be something to do with that?

yup same here, i have followed all instructions by microsoft in an attempt to
sort this out and nothning is working
