Only things installed through Windows Update/Automatic Updates are
displayed in the installation history. Things you have downloaded
from the Download Center or installed from DC will not show up there.

Go to [Control Panel] [User Accounts] [Change the Way Users Log On and
Off].
Check [Use the Welcome Screen] (and [Use Fast User Switching] if you want
to)
