I got SP1 downloaded from automatic download. at 9:00 pm est and
installed finished installed at 9:40 pm est.

I'm extremely happy for you. :-)

Why are you just getting SP1 now, if you don't mind my asking? You may need
to run WU a *lot* more regularly than you are doing now.

HMM appears to be using XP SP2.
