i'm the sys admin for my home lan & computers. i was just doing a win update
on my profile (only one w/admin status on the lan) & it dawned on me that
windows might not be updating the other user profiles software on my
computer(s). Does Win Update; update all users files or do i need to go to
each profile & update one by one? Wasn't finding any other questions
w/answers like this & wasn't finding it in the win help files.

Hi,

You only need to do it from your admin user account.

Updates for applications and the operating system update the applications
and/or the OS in question - so as long as you are doing it as an
administrative user - it updates said application and/or OS dependent of the
user (since the user doesn't have some small part of the OS/application that
is unique to them beyond settings..)
