just installed update and now no sound?

I just installed the update : Creative - Sound - Creative Audigy Audio
Processor (WDM)

Now my audio doesn't work. Any suggestions. It was working fine before?

Which version of Windows is installed ?
If it's XP or Vista, open the Device Manager by *right* clicking My
Computer either on the Desktop or Start Menu and choose Manage, click
the plus sign next to Sound, video and game controllers, then double
left click on Creative-Sound-Creative Audigy Audio Processor {WDM)
Click the Driver tab
Click the Roll Back Driver button
