The KB 73815 does not install, better say, microsoft itself refuse

The securety update for XP, KB 73815 is giving troubles, it has been
intialized correctly, installing is not denied but maessage appears that the
securety update has not been installed.
No further reason just this small line....
At the next time I update....same essential uupdate appears but installing
......no.
Removing this update from the list gives also a message: You have to install
KB 73815, it is an essential securety update!!

This is typical Microsoft.....anybody any idea about solvoing the problem?
