KB 936181 Reoffered again and again.

Security update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 erive Pack 2 (KB936181)
is being offered again and again.

I have temporarily set it up as a hidden update.

Any solution on the horizon.

I seem to be fixing that problem every few months. I am looking forward for
a permanent solution.

In any case the problem seemed to have been solved for now as KB936181 is
not being reoffered.
