This issue is most likely caused by corrupted Windows Live Photo Gallery
components. Let's refer to the following steps to remove/reinstall Windows
Live Toolbar.
Step 1: Download Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

2. Save the file on the Desktop.
3. Please double click the msicuu2.exe file to install it on the computer.
Step 2: Remove Windows Live Photo Gallery

2. Please locate and remove Windows Live Photo Gallery.
Step 3: Install latest version of Windows Live Photo Gallery
