KB360030 outlook 2003 junk mail filter update issue

It keeps trying to install over and over...I'm going to hide the update if no
one has a better idea, but I want it to work if it can.

unable to install update message appears, then it starts all over again.
Other updates are sucessfull still.

Try downloading the update from its KB page to hard disk, and running it
manually.

yep, tried that too. Once it gets ready to install, it bombs out, no matter
where I get the update from, so I decided to hide the update. I hope a future
update gives the junk-email filter the current protection from spam, but this
is not a great big hairy deal, so I'm just done with it for now, thanks for
