How do I inform MS that this update has messed up my extender experience w/
my xbox 360 elite. It has ruined my TV viewing experience, analog basic cable
broadcast is shifted down on the screen.. It will not play wmv-hd 1080p files
full screen (even though my tv and xbox 360 are set to 1080p via hdmi.) My
television is a Westinghouse LVM37w1. I have uninstalled and hiden the update
and all is well. I just want to let MS know the problems it had caused me.

Thanks You,

Ryan

Hello Ryan,

I'd recommend calling 1-866-pcsafety if you are in the U.S. or Canada.
Elsewhere, call your local Microsoft subsidiary, or the number for paid
support in your locale--and ask for the free help with virus or
security-patch related issues. This help extends to spyware removal as well.

If you /clearly/ state that a specific update has caused problems and don't
ask any other questions, you /should/ receive No Charge support for the
issue.

Good luck

For home users, no-charge support is available by calling 1-866-PCSAFETY in
