KB823353 repeating forever

Dear Microsoft!

We have lots of PCs repeating to install this patch over and over again. Ist
there a new version of KB823353 planned.

What ist the best workaround without touching every single PC? Is it
'deactivating' KB897715 to get at least no new pcs doing the same thing?

I think all the WSUS-Companies definitely need a new version of KB823353.
Bill, please help!!!!!
