KB828756 How do I get this Hotfix

I see that there is an updated USB Video Class Driver, so how do I get it, I
try to get it from Windows Updates and it is not there, and it is not already
on my system as the knowledge base article tells me it should be.

Ive been running sp2 for months already and the driver is just not here and
there is nothing for me to download when i go to windows updates.

Have you verified the files as stated in the link on my last post?
Specifically file information under paragraphs "Installation Information"
and "File Information"?
