KB837009 - Outlook Express SP1 cumulative security update (Win98)

I have tried to install this 10 times and the web site always says that the
installation is successful.

But everytime I check the updates to install, it says that I still have to
install this update. When I look at the installation history, it says that
the update was successful.

Sometimes I also get the automated "critical update" notification. When I
check the windows update, it says that KB837009 is yet to be installed.

Any comments and/or assistance would be appreciated.
