KB837009 Repeats

I have Windows 98SE I ran Windows Update A few times and keeps on telling
that I need the KB837009. I downloaded it and installed a few times but it
keeps on coming back. Why?

Mine is doing the exact same thing. It's driving me
nuts. In fact there are 2 updates that keep repeating.
Have you gotten any help?
