KB842773

I recently had to run Repair XP on my PC and have now reverted back to SP1.
When running Windows Update this download refuses to work - the installation
hangs about 25% of the way in.
I've tried this several times including leaving it running overnight with no
success. I've copied the most recent log file beow which is complete
gobbledegook to me - can anyone decipher this and give me a plain English
explanation as to the problem and how to fix it.
