KB87339

Have win XP SP2
On 14th, yesterday, auto updated to microsoft hotfix KB873339.
All OK
After running a registry cleaning software, every time I start windows
it request me to install KB87339 despite it is already installed and
present.
Have tryed to remove and re-installed but keep asking at every start.
Any explaination or solutions?
