The other options is to install SR1 for 2003
 What 'Agreement'?? what page are you on? (full URL, please - I can fight my around in Swedish if I have to ) Speak to a real person first- if they won't give you the patch, then ask to speak to their supervisor! That one first, then I click under the "E-postsupport" (thats E-mail support) on "Registera supportärende" (thats Register Support Inquiry).
