I was wrong. Removing this particular update doesn't work. It didn't
happen for a few restarts and shutdowns, but it started up again. Even
removing all of the most recent updates didn't stop it. I don't know what
happened when the last updates were installed, but this didn't start until I
installed them, and I can't find anything in Microsoft's knowledge base that
addresses the issue of "ShellIconHiddenWindow."
