KB886903 - .NRT Framwork, Version 1.1 security update and Version

I have been trying to install this update since 1/30/06. Erro message says
it failed to install, but doesn't say why. What do I need to do in order to
get this security update to install?

Also, do I need to install version 2.0 as well? Separately? Do I need both
version 1.1 and version 2.0 on my computer?
